Cinematography

The cinematography in this video is extremely simple to Analise this is due to concept off the song and the concept of the video combined. Since the concept of the video is about 'London Riots' they have shot it as though they artists in the song are being interviewed by someone that works for the news so they only use mid shots in this videos in order to make it as close to actual news interviews as possible.

Editing 


The editing the of music video is the same as the other music video however this video has one difference. That is the fact that it doesn't cut to different shots of the artists performing it only cuts to footage from the actual riots themselves to make the video have a different feel from a music video but a news documentary.

Mise En Scene

The Mise En Scene in this video is very unusual to most music videos. I say this because there equally shared shots of the artists performing the songs as there is footage of the chaos that happened during the London riots. They incorperated this in the video to add a new and interesting edge to the video for viewer because watching this video may be the first time people have seen what people actually done in the riots.


Sound

The sound of this songs is very slow and sombre. They chose it to be like this because of the concept of the song itself, since it was about such a tender emotional subject they chose to use a slow instrumental to add to the lyrics. The lyrics they used were very interesting also because the band is made out of five people and each person had to job of writing from the perspective of each of the people that took part in the riots or were primarily affected by the riots.








Cinematography

The cinematography in this video is typical of most music video unlike the last video. There are a variety of shots close ups, mid shots and longs shots are used in order to add to the concept. They use a variety of shots in order to add to the concept 'Paranormal Activity' so they use a variety of shots and mix them up to make the video seem as paranormal as possible.

Editing

The editing in this is again like most traditional music video's with a few twist throughout the video. I say this because the conventional fast pace cutting between shots is used in this video and this technique is crucial for the video since there has been a collaboration of various artists, so the fast pace editing is used to so the switch between artists becomes un-noticed and seem less. There has also been clever editing in this video for example they make it seem as though they are interrogating, or being paranormal to themselves.

Mise En Scene

The Mise En Scene of this video is very dark. This is nothing to do with the genre of the music but just because of the concept of the song. 'Paranormal Activity' is normally for the paranormal things in life like ghosts ECT so they made it dark in order to make the video as entertaining as they could and also to make it slightly scared.

Sound

This song is a quiet commercial song as well but is only commercial in the underground rap music industry, they have managed to do this through the artist that they have got on the song. The other way they have done that is through it being a remix that has a lot of publicity in the underground. Most of people were rapping about things that they normally wouldn't i certain songs but sue to the concept again they had to rap about things that are crazy.
